About Us
Siobhán is a Clinical Psychologist, registered with the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA,
AHPRA),
with a Masters in Psychology (Clinical), and a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) (Honours). She has
experience working with adults and adolescents with mild to complex mental health presentations, from a
range of different backgrounds. She has worked in both the public and private sectors of mental health.
Siobhán is passionate about working with adults (18+) who are experiencing a range of mental health
issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, and interpersonal issues. Siobhán
primarily
uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement
Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Schema Therapy.
Siobhán believes in providing collaborative, warm, non-judgemental, and individualised therapy to
each
client to assist them in moving towards their goals and improving their wellbeing.

Fees & Rebates
Siobhán's fee for a 50-minute session is $240.
Please note that additional fees may apply for report writing and support letters.
Rebates
If your GP referred you under a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP), you are eligible to claim a Medicare
rebate for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. The current Medicare rebate for a 50-minute session with a
clinical psychologist is $136.35. A copy of your referral and MHTP must be provided before or at your
initial appointment.
If you have private health insurance, you may be eligible for rebates for psychology services. Please
contact your insurance provider to confirm your eligibility.
Payments
Fees are due at the end of your appointment unless prior arrangements have been made for a third party to
cover the cost of sessions. Payment for face-to-face appointments can be made via EFTPOS or credit
card.
If eligible, Medicare and some private health insurance claims can be processed automatically after
payment. If you prefer to claim rebates manually, a paid invoice will be provided once payment is
received.
For telehealth appointments, payment can be made by:
Direct deposit: An invoice with bank details will be sent to you at the end of your
session, and payment
is required on the day of your appointment.
Credit card: Payment will be processed through Siobhán’s practice management
software.
Cancellations Fees
If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please give as much advance notice as you can.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours (1 business day) before the appointment time, the full fee for
the appointment may be charged. If you cancel less than 48 hours (2 business days) before the scheduled
time, 50% of the appointment fee may be charged.
Please be aware that Medicare rebates are not available for cancelled appointments.
